The Kharrazian Institute Practitioner Locator will help patients locate KI-certified healthcare professionals with post-graduate training from the Kharrazian Institute. Please fill out the form completely and submit. The KI Practitioner Locator is updated 2-3 times a year. If you received an email to submit this form then you should eligible now or when you complete the most recent course(s).

Generally speaking, most licensed healthcare practitioners are eligible to be included in our list. Expected degrees are DC, ND, MD, DO, LAc, PT, NP, PA, RN, DDS, etc. Allied healthcare professionals who are not licensed to diagnose but provide dietary, nutritional, and lifestyle consulting are also eligible. Please note, some countries consider other degrees or training differently, so enter your info to be considered.
