TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Which browser is recommended for the best experience?

To ensure your attendance and progress are accurately tracked for CE credits or the KI Certificate of Completion, we strongly recommend using the Google Chrome browser.

For seamless tracking, please use default settings and avoid using Incognito/Private windows, as well as any ad-blockers, pop-up blockers, or browser extensions. If you need to reset Chrome to its default state, a quick search for “Chrome default settings” will provide simple instructions.

Pro-Tip: Always refresh your browser after logging in. This clears your cache and ensures all new course materials and menu items are visible. If you remain logged in across multiple days, refreshing is critical to access updated content.

What type of internet connection do I need?

A stable, high-speed broadband connection is recommended for the best streaming experience. If you are joining us via a smartphone or tablet, we strongly suggest connecting to Wi-Fi. Live streaming consumes a significant amount of data, and using a cellular connection may lead to overage charges from your provider or potential buffering during the broadcast.

Can I use smartphones, tablets, and laptops for the course?

Our curriculum is fully accessible across smartphones, tablets, and computers. To ensure a secure and stable connection, the platform is designed for single-device access.

    •    Device Management: Please ensure you are logged in on only one browser or device at a time. If you plan to switch from a laptop to a tablet, for example, please log out of the first device before starting on the second.

    •    Correct Logout Procedure: To prevent login conflicts, always use the “Logout” link located in the bottom left corner of the navigation menu before closing your browser.

    •    Certification Requirements: For those seeking CE credits or a KI Certificate of Completion, we recommend using the Google Chrome browser with default settings (no extensions or pop-up blockers) to ensure your progress is tracked accurately.

What is the quickest way to resolve a technical issue?

Most minor technical interruptions can be resolved instantly by clearing your browser cache. This ensures you are viewing the most current version of our platform.

How to troubleshoot:

1    Close all other open browser windows and tabs.

2    Clear your browser’s cache (see our Instructions for step-by-step guides for all systems).

3    Restart your browser and log back in.

If these steps do not resolve the issue, please reach out to our support team HERE for further assistance.

Trouble viewing the livestream or videos?

Please follow these steps to restore your connection:

1    Refresh Your Session: Log out using the link in the bottom-left corner of the course portal, then log back in. This often re-establishes a stalled connection.

2    Clear & Restart: If the issue persists, clear your browser’s cache to remove any “stale” data. After clearing, quit the browser application entirely, reopen it, and log in again.

3    Verify Your Browser: For the most stable experience and accurate CE tracking, ensure you are using the latest version of Google Chrome. (Avoid using Incognito mode or private windows).

If you still cannot view the content, please check your internet connection or email HERE for support.
